This Privacy Policy explains what information Valley West Insurance ("we," "us," "our") collects on valleywestinsurance.services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form, calculator lead, quote request, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, ZIP or city, and the coverage details relevant to your request (such as property and vehicle basics and the coverage you are exploring).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL — through cookies and similar technologies. We also capture advertising attribution parameters (for example a Google Click ID "gclid" and UTM tags) to understand which campaigns bring visitors to us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, shop carriers and prepare insurance quotes, and follow up with next steps.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry, as authorized by your consent.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website and our services.
- To measure advertising performance and conversions (see "Analytics and advertising" below).
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to serve you:
- Service providers who operate on our behalf — our lead-intake and email delivery tools, hosting, and analytics/advertising platforms (described below).
- Insurance carriers and underwriters when necessary to obtain quotes and coverage options you requested.
- Legal and safety reasons — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand traffic and measure conversions. When a request is completed we may record a conversion event with Google Ads, including Enhanced Conversions, which sends Google a securely hashed (irreversible) version of contact details so conversions can be matched without sharing readable personal data. These tools use cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google Ad Settings. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.
Communications and consent
When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree that Valley West Insurance may contact you by phone, text, and email about your inquiry, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Sensitive information
We do not ask for, and do not use, sensitive personal characteristics — such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, health, or similar categories — to build audiences or to target advertising. Any financial information you choose to share (for example a self-selected credit range) is used only to prepare your insurance options and is never used for ad targeting.
Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, and Nevada and California residents have additional rights under state law, including the right not to have personal information sold. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
