Base pay plus commission
$19.00 an hour base, W-2, full time at 40 hours a week, plus commission on what you write. Estimated total earnings of $60,000 to $150,000 depending on production. The base is guaranteed, the range is an estimate.
Experienced producers
- An active resident or nonresident producer license (Nevada preferred, or willing to add it).
- A track record quoting and writing personal lines — home and auto; commercial lines (GL, workers' comp, BOP) a plus.
- You want independent freedom — more carriers to shop, and your own book.
- You're tired of buying your own leads and want a marketing team behind you.
- You can work on site in our Las Vegas office, full time at 40 hours a week. This role is not remote and not hybrid.
What sets a candidate apart
- An active Life & Health license on top of P&C — more ways to serve every household.
- Documented production — you can walk us through what you've written and how you built it.
- Referral relationships — realtors, lenders, dealerships, or business owners who send you clients.
- CRM discipline — every lead logged, every follow-up on time, and local Las Vegas market knowledge.
- Bilingual Spanish and English, preferred and not required. It is a real advantage with Las Vegas households.
